Service Operation Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

The Service Operation Engineer will support the operational performance of photovoltaic systems across EU region. This role ensures efficient service delivery, timely issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement to maximize system uptime and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in PV systems, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, service partners, and customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of after-sales spare parts in EU region, make sure that spare parts could meet the requirement and are at a reasonable level in all country.
• Monitor inventory levels, product shipments, failure rates, and other data, and replenish after-sales inventory in a timely manner based on RMA usage information in EU region.
• Contact with local engineers to handle defective equipment and arrange shipment business and follow up on the progress of defective equipment receipt/customs clearance/warehousing, while maintaining timely information exchange with warehouses in various country in EU region.
• Achieve KPI requirements such as defective equipment recall/shipment rate according to business requirement and assist in reviewing the reasonableness of warehouse expenses in various regions to support the business department and improve customer satisfaction in EU region.
• Responsible for other business related to international-European spare parts management.
• Support the European business department which related to RMA shipments and defective equipment shipment.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in service operations, technical support, or maintenance engineering—preferably in the PV or renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with PV inverters, monitoring platforms, and electrical troubleshooting.
• familiar with international logistics business.
• Proactive, responsible, patient, and ambitious.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; Dutch, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with service management systems, monitoring tools, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites within EU region
