Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor the logistics status of customer orders and provide timely updates to ensure customers remain well-informed throughout the delivery process.

• Maintain close coordination with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.

• Identify, report, and follow up on logistics exceptions (such as delays, damages, or misroutes), coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and exception cases; assist in preparing reports and updating internal tracking systems.

• Support logistics process improvements by managing warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce costs, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning.

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning.

• Significant experience with relevant software (e.g., Excel, BI tools).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
